Account

Registering on our website is important, as it ensures that the correct transportation costs are calculated.

In your account, you can access various features and adjust or find important things:

  • My offers
  • My orders
  • My addresses: modify billing and delivery addresses or add a new address
  • My account: here you can change your password
  1. Click on ‘login webshop’ at the top right of the website.
  2. Fill in the requested information and click ‘Register’ at the bottom.
  1. Make sure you have the correct login information. Have you forgotten your password? Then click on “Forgot your password”.
  2. Keep in mind that on tablets and smartphones, the first letter is often automatically set as a capital letter. Turn this option off.
  3. If you still can’t log in via your tablet or smartphone, try it on a laptop or desktop.
  4. Try another browser (such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome or Safari).

NOTE: Expo-Line cannot modify any data (username, email address, billing information,…) due to GDPR regulations.

Send an email to info@expo-line.com and specify which account and email address it concerns.

You can easily edit your information (such as mail address, phone numbers and addresses) through “My Account”.

NOTE: Expo-Line cannot change any data (username or email address) due to GDPR legislation.

If you want to delete your Expo-Line account, let us know at info@expo-line.com.

PLEASE NOTE: When deleting your account, all saved data, such as order histories and invoices, will be lost. This information cannot be recovered after deregistration.

QUOTATIONS

  1. Log in to your account or create an account
  2. Go to the desired item and click “Add to Quote”.
  3. Expo-Line will receive your quote request and send you a quote via email.
  4. In your account under ‘My Quotes’ you can view the request (note: this is only the request, without prices).

ORDER

  1. Log in to your account and place the desired items in your shopping cart.
  2. View Basket: Your shopping cart appears on the right side of the screen. Choose here to ‘continue shopping’ or ‘checkout’.
  3. Checkout: After clicking “checkout,” you will enter your shopping cart. Check that the billing information has been entered correctly.
  4. Different shipping address: Would you like your order delivered to a different address? Then check ‘ship to another address’ and enter the new address. If you have previously entered this address, you can select it using the arrow at ‘Send to another address’.
  5. Purchase Order Number: Do you have a purchase order number? Enter it in the “Purchase Order Number” field.
  6. Choose between pickup or delivery: In the field ‘Your order’ you can indicate whether you want to pick up the products or have them delivered. With delivery, the transport costs are displayed.
  7. Terms and Conditions: Check the box next to ‘Payment by invoice’ to agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  8. Place order: Click “Place Order” to complete your order.

After placing your order, you will immediately see an overview on the confirmation page. You will also receive an order confirmation via email.

By mail: Send an email to info@expo-line.com with the following information:

  • Club/Community or organization
  • The items you want to order
  • Address for delivery
  • Contact person (name, mail and mobile number)

By phone: Call us at +32 13 77 62 00 and place your order by phone.

Yes, you can!

If you want the order to be delivered to a different address, check the‘ship to another address‘ option and enter the new address.
Have you added this address before? Then you can easily select it using the arrow under“Ship to another address.

Yes, you can choose to pick up your order. During the ordering process, you can choose this option under the ‘Your order’ tab.
You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

Pick-up is available on Mondays and Fridays.

  • Monday: 08:00 – 12:00 and 12:30 – 16:00
  • Friday: 08:00 – 12:00 and 12:30 – 14:00

Order form

Do you have a purchase order number? Enter it during checkout in the ‘Order receipt number’ field .

Voucher

It is currently not possible to enter a voucher online. Please place your order online and send the order confirmation along with the voucher to info@expo-line.com. We will manually add the voucher to your order.

Yes, you can, provided the order has not been shipped yet. Send an email to info@expo-line.com with your order number and the changes you want to make.

Notice:

If the order has already been processed internally, additional charges may apply to make changes.

PAYMENT

Our payment term is30 days invoice date.
However, for new customers, we ask that the first order be paid pro forma.

You will find our payment information on the quote, order and invoice.

Send an email to info@expo-line.com stating your order number. We will make sure the invoice is sent as soon as possible.

The amount will be refunded to your account within 10 business days.

DELIVERY

Parcel service GLS

Small orders (parts line cart, footballs, accessories, etc.)

The price will be calculated in your shopping basket once you are logged in.

Orders are usually delivered within 48 hours, although exceptions are possible.

As soon as your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email from the parcel service GLS. They will keep you further informed about the status and delivery by mail.

Pallet shipments

Orders are delivered within 10 business days. GLS distribution service picks up orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

They will keep you updated on delivery, so be sure to check your mailbox (including your spam folder).

Delivery to Belgium and certain zip codes in the Netherlands (1000-1299, 2000-3799, 3900-6999): You will receive an email from GLS to make a delivery appointment. You will also receive proactive communication by email the day before delivery.

Delivery to the Netherlands (excluding the above postal codes): You will receive an email from GLS with the delivery date and a time slot. Make sure someone is present to receive the order.

Not present on delivery?

Please email info@expo-line.com with your order number and state what went wrong.

Goals, dugouts, components,…

The price is region dependent and will be calculated in your shopping basket once you are logged in.

Delivery time depends on the availability and schedule of the carrier. The supplier will inform you when your order is ready for delivery. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks.

Be sure to report the damage to the driver so a report can be made, and take photos of the damage.

Then send an email to info@expo-line.com with your order number, the photos and a description of the damage.

We will then contact you about further handling, this depends on each carrier.

PRICES

The prices on our website do not include VAT. VAT is calculated in the shopping basket.

RETURN

  • You can return your purchase free of charge within 14 days.
  • To do so, the item must still be in its original condition (do not remove the product from its packaging, leave all labels and tags attached).
  • Unfortunately, we cannot take back items that are no longer in their original condition.

Please send an email to info@expo-line.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will then contact you to discuss further processing, as this can vary from supplier to supplier.
