E-MARKER

The E-Marker makes line marking sports fields easier and cost-effective for any club.

This line marking machine has an average paint consumption of only 3 liters per field and puts the focus on ease of use and efficiency.

You don’t need to shake our E-Performance paints before or during use. The E-marker has a convenient “click & go” system, which means technicians don’t have to come on site for maintenance or make you wait for a replacement device.

Replace filter

Clogged filter? See how to replace them easily in this video.

Replace filter spray nozzle

Do you notice that the lines are not how they were? This could be due to your spray nozzle filter. Find out how to replace this.

E-Battery box replacement

Does the E-Marker no longer works and your battery is charged? If so, your E-Battery box has probably failed. Easily replace it with a new one using this video.

E-Pumpbox replacement

Does the paint no longer pump the way it should? Find out how to replace the E-Pumpbox with a new one in under a minute with this video.

  1. Disconnect all cables from the E-Batterybox or E-Pumpbox.
  2. Request your new E-Batterybox or E-Pumpbox via the E-App on your smartphone. If you have a subscription, you do this for free.
  3. The new E-Batterybox or E-Pumpbox will be sent to you. Enclosed is a return ticket to return your old E-Box.
  4. Send your broken E-Batterybox or E-Pumpbox with the return ticket to Expo-Line.
  5. Connect the new E-Batterybox or E-Pumpbox to the E-Marker.

You can order the parts in the E-Sparebox quickly and easily via the E-App or website.

The additional parts you order to supplement the E-Sparebox must be paid for by the association.

You will recognize the seal as the red strip around the E-Batterybox or E-Pumpbox. If it is broken, it will void the warranty on this box. As a result, you will pay the cost of a new E-Box if you need to order one. A new seal is also attached to this new E-Box.

Rinse the E-Marker until you see clear water. In time management, this is 2-5 minutes of rinsing with hot water (not boiling).

GM-10

This patented line marking machine, the Supermatic GM-10, is made of stainless steel and operates fully automatically.

Thanks to its unique pumping system driven by the wheel shaft, it delivers constant pressure without a compressor or motor.

The device is maintenance-free, operates without a battery or electric pump and uses liquid paint instead of lime.

Tube replacement

Find out how to easily replace the tube on your GM-10 in this instructional video! This step-by-step guide will guide you through the process so you can get back to line marking quickly. Let’s begin.

Replace filter

Is your GM-10’s filter in need of replacement? Learn step-by-step how to perform this essential maintenance to maintain the quality of your GM-10.

Check carefully to see if the pump tube at the bottom of the unit is damaged or broken.

You can easily replace these yourself. Order the pump tube via our website.

After your order, we prepare the shipment for delivery as soon as possible.

Not sure how to replace the pump tube? Follow the procedure through this link.

CAUTION! It is very important that only the spring is released from the bracket! Shifting the brace causes the loss of pressure.

If so, there may be a blockage or leakage somewhere in the intake portion of the unit.

Follow the pressure cable starting from the left handle to the tray at the bottom.
Where the pressure cable disappears into the tray, there is a set screw. Check carefully that this set screw is not tightened all the way, this will cause you to lose pressure.

The more you loosen it, the more pressure you get.

Check if the pistol cable (handle on right) is broken. If this is the case, you can order a new one here.

Isn’t this the problem? In that case, the cable at the level of the connection with the pistol may have been tightened too loosely. You can adjust this set screw so that the cable operates the pistol back as provided.

Are the above cases ok and the spray gun still does not work? Then the pistol (at the front of the unit) must be replaced. You can order the full gun on our website here.

This often occurs with line marking devices that are not rinsed off properly. Therefore, it is important to clean the machine properly after each use.

1. Open the filter housing and rinse the filter well with warm water (not boiling).

2. There is a spray nozzle at the bottom of the spray gun. This spray nozzle may be clogged, giving you only a jet of paint. Unscrew the spray nozzle and rinse with warm water (not boiling).

3. Afterwards, go over the nozzle opening again with a small brush to clean it properly or blow it through with compressed air. (e.g., with a compressor or ball pump).

4. Keeping spray nozzles in water during the week will certainly help avoid dried paint.

The line marking device should always be rinsed with warm water (not boiling)

You let the hot water spray through pipes of the line marking machine. Just the same way you would line.

GOLDEN TIPS:

  • Brush the spray nozzle with a toothbrush.
  • NEVER use any cleaning products to clean this, only warm water.
  • If you see that the line is no longer sprayed nicely or your consumption is higher than normal, it could be that the spray nozzle is worn out.

Order new spray nozzles here.

GRACO S90

The Graco S90 is designed as an alternative to aerosol field markers. The unit is the first battery-powered line marking device to be introduced to the market.

It has a large paint container that you can refill and a start and stop button that makes it easier to start lining.

PUMP REPLACEMENT

In this video, we show you from start to finish how to replace the Graco S90’s pump in no time.

Circuit board replacement

This video guides you step-by-step through replacing the Graco S90’s circuit board. From removing the circuit board to safely installing the new one. Check it out here.

Battery replacement

Replace push button

With this video, replacing the push button is a piece of cake. Check out the steps here.

Spray gun holder + filter replacement

Replace the pistol holder or filter? Find out how to do this in this video.

It is important to rinse with warm water (not boiling) after each line marking session.

We recommend at least one major inspection of the Graco annually. You can always contact us for this.

We have everything available to help you as smoothly as possible. Please email technicalsupport@expo-line.com to schedule this.

Check out the extended tutorial above under videos.

First of all, look at the pressure relief valve. It should be clicked down and the tube filter should be clean.

It also sometimes happens that the pump cannot draw paint because the entrance to the pump (located at the bottom of the reservoir) is clogged. You can solve this by pouring hot water (not boiling) into the reservoir. Let this stand for a few minutes and then run the pump. Push repeatedly on the pin of the attached strainer, if it is no longer there, you can use a small screwdriver.

Is your Graco very dirty? Then you need to repeat this several times.

Check that the light on the push button lights up. If this stays on, there is a problem with the battery voltage.

Plug in the charger and watch the charge level. If this is OK, then the battery is dead. You can order a new one here.

If the light is flashing, there is a problem with the pump. You can check this by briefly unclipping the cable to the pump on the circuit board and pressing the button again. If the button then stops lighting up and blinking, a new pump is needed. Order it here.

CAUTION! Repeated attempts to start with a faulty pump can cause extensive damage.

Does the charger plug in but no green light is on? In that case, this may indicate a poor contact between the charger and the device. This usually occurs at the level of the connector on the device.

You can check this by doing the following: remove the battery cover, take out the fuse. It is located on the cable from the battery to the circuit board.

In the connector on the side of the device, you will see inside 2 contacts that normally clamp around the connector pin of the charger. If these are too far apart, there is a poor contact.

Using a flat screwdriver, push these back together, then plug the fuse back in and try if the unit can now charge.

If the red light is not lit, then the charger needs to be replaced. You can order this here.
